You’re trying to make money and build an empire and blogs are a great way to do that! The problem is if people can’t find your blog they wont be able to work with you. Let me help you write better blogs to make sure your writing is picked up by Google and ranked giving you the best chance to start growing your SEO.

Why Does SEO Matter?

Without SEO, your website remains buried beneath layers of obscurity, invisible to those seeking the valuable content and services you offer. SEO acts as the map that guides these seekers to your products or services.

But why does this matter? Consider this: every day, millions of users turn to search engines like Google to find answers to their questions, solutions to their problems, and products or services to meet their needs. By optimizing your website for search engines, you increase your visibility and accessibility to these users, positioning yourself as a trusted authority in your niche and attracting valuable organic traffic that can translate into leads, sales, and long-term success.

What Needs to Be in Your Blog For SEO Optimization

SEO all starts with understanding the key elements of optimization and implementing best practices to ensure your content stands out. Here are a few tips to get your blog to rank:

  1. Keywords: Pick one relevant keyword to focus on for each blog. You should answer a question and make your topic highly relevant to the keyword.
  2. Competition: Make sure your blog is worth ranking on Google, steal the content topics from the top 3 competition blogs that currently rank for the keyword you have chosen.
  3. Structure: Your blog should have headers, bullets, and lists to make it easy to scan and read.
  4. Links: Increase your time on page by including links to other important topics in your blog to make sure that readers find your quality related topic and Google gets the signal that your content is worth consuming.

Crafting the Perfect SEO-Optimized Blog Post

Now that you understand the fundamentals of SEO optimization, it’s time to put your knowledge into practice and craft the perfect blog post that captivates both readers and search engines alike. Here are a few tips to ensure your blog post stays focused and delivers maximum impact:

Define Your Audience: Who is your article for, what is the goal, and why are you writing it. Make it clear when writing who you are writing it for and how you will measure your blogs success. For example if your blog is for SEO then traffic to the page and time on page will be important factors.

Outline Your Content: Here is a great tip to create the perfect blog outline. Find the top 3 organic blogs ranking for the keyword you want to rank for. Paste them into ChatGPT and ask it to create the perfect outline. Make sure to include what your company is and who you serve. Once you get the outline add one or two sections that are unique to you. Now your blog will include everything the top ranking blogs do plus your unique take on the topic.

Promote Your Content: While it seems counterproductive the newer your site is the less likely you will naturally rank for keywords. If you are just starting out make sure to send people to your site to read your blogs through email or social. The extra traffic to your site will help signal to Google that your content is worth reading. Without promotion your SEO will simply take longer because the signals to Google are slower.
